Terms of use

BUSSE lets you use images/data and other services to enhance your web shop’s digital presence or for website/social media activities. When using this data/these services, the user must adhere to the following terms of use:

1. BUSSE reserves all rights to the transmitted data and images.

2. BUSSE transfers only the usage rights of the data/services for the optimisation of promotional activities and reserves a right of revocation thereof without notice. These usage rights remain in effect until 31 December of the current calendar year and renew automatically after 12 months unless we terminate the usage rights effective 31 December of that relevant year, with two weeks’ notice. The possibility of extraordinary termination remains unaffected. The usage rights apply to the current business relationship and expire automatically with the termination of the business relationship.

3. BUSSE offers no guarantee regarding the accuracy or completeness of the product depictions. Errors and omissions are excepted. The use of the data is only at the user's own risk. BUSSE shall be held harmless from any claims resulting from the sending or quality of the data. In this regard, an exclusion of liability on the part of BUSSE shall be construed as agreed.
